Enugu Rangers Set To Unveil New Players
The management of Enugu Rangers International F.C has concluded plans to unveil its new sets of players acquired to help it challenge for trophies in the fast approaching 2018 football season.
General Manager/CEO of the ‘Flying Antelopes’, Prince Davidson Owumi made this disclosure to enurangemedia@gmail.com Tuesday as the team continued preparation for its first league match of the season against Aiteo cup holders, Akwa United in Uyo at the weekend.
“The unveiling of our new players will be done on Thursday, 11 January 2018, at the main bowl of Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, Enugu. We expect the presence of all die hard supporters of the club to see the quality of new players that we have been able to assemble to defend the
colours of Rangers,” stated the erstwhile NPL boss.
It should be recalled that the team been put together by coach Olugbenga Ogunbote and his able assistants returned to their Enugu base after a two weeks closed camping exercise in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun state where it played six practice matches, winning five and ending one in a draw.
