IFFHS Release Men And Women Teams Of The Year

The International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS) has announced its Team of the Year 2017, with no Nigerian player making the prestigious list.
No player on the books of Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United was worthy of consideration in the ceremonial team of the year revealed by the German-based organization.
Five Real Madrid players made the list and the team is coached by France great Zinedine Zidane.
Nigeria's top women player, ex-Arsenal and Liverpool striker Asisat Oshoala, was snubbed in the IFFHS Women World Team 2017.

*Goalkeeper: Gianluigi Buffon (Juventus).
*Defenders: Marcelo, Sergio Ramos (both are Real), Leonardo Bonucci (Milan), Dani Alves (PSG).
*Midfielders: Toni Kroos, Luka Modric (both are Real), Kevin De Bruyne(Manchester City).
*Forwards: Neymar (PSG), Cristiano Ronaldo (Real Madrid), Lionel Messi (Barcelona).
