Ronaldo And Madrid Set To Equal Barcelona Record At FIFA Club World Cup

Real Madrid aimed to equal Barcelona’s record of winning three Club World Cups on Saturday as they take on Gremio in the final.
The defending Champions survived a scare to keep a date with the Copa Libertadores winners in the 2017 FIFA Club World Cup having come back from a goal down to defeat Al Jazira 2-1 on Wednesday courtesy of Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale’s late strike.
Real Madrid can also become the first team to win the competition in consecutive years having overcome Japan's Kashima Antlers in last year's final.
RECENT FORM:

REAL MADRID:
Los Blancos managed a 2-1 victory over the host Al- Jazira to get to the final, but before the match against the Abu Dhabi outfit Real Madrid put up a brilliant performance against Sevilla in the La Liga with a 5-0 win at the Santiago Bernabeu.

GREMIO:
The Brazilian outfit was able to saw off
challenge from Pachuca in the extra time in the semifinals.
The Copa Libertadores Champions suffered a 4-3 defeat from Atletico Mineiro in the Serie A before they travelled down to Asia for the tournament.
