Mohammed Salah And Trent Alexander Arnold Wins Big At Liverpool Award Night
Mohamed Salah has been named Player of the Season and Players' Player of the Season at
Liverpool 's end-of-season awards ceremony.
The Egypt international, who has enjoyed a fruitful debut season with the Reds, picked up both gongs at the event, which took place at Anfield on Thursday evening.
Salah joined Liverpool from Roma last summer and has scored 43 goals for the Merseysiders, helping them to the Champions League final and a probable place in the top four of the Premier League.
The 25-year-old, who was also named Player of the Month by his club for the seventh time this term, has won the Football Writers' and PFA Player of the Year awards for 2017-18.
Trent Alexander-Arnold was named as Liverpool's Young Player of the Year after impressing during his breakout season, during which he has made 31 first-team appearances.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain 's strike during the 3-0 win over Manchester City in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-finals was named as Liverpool's Goal of the Season.
