Mohammed Salah Wins UCL Goal Of The Week
In-form Egypt international Mohamed Salah has won Champions League Goal of the Week for his first strike against AS Roma at Anfield.
The No.11's brilliant opener against the Italian side has been voted by fans as the best strike in Europe's premier cup competition last week in a poll on UEFA's website.
Salah saw off competition from Marcelo and Marco Asensio (both Real Madrid), Radja Nainggolan (Roma) and Joshua Kimmich (Bayern Munich) to clinch the prize.
The Egyptian's curler against the Italain was also voted Liverpool' April Goal of the Month.
The possibility of Liverpool's bid to secure a top-four finish going to the last day of the Premier League season means Salah and his team-mates are preparing to contest back-to-back cup finals.
