Eden Hazard Injured Less Than 72hours To The Worldcup Opening Game
Belgium have been left sweating over Eden Hazard 's fitness after the Chelsea playmaker limped out of Monday's 4-1 win over Costa Rica in Brussels.
The 27-year-old hobbled off the pitch and headed down the tunnel in the 70th minute of the match, moments after taking a heavy knock to the thigh from Bryan Oviedo.
Red Devils head coach Roberto Martinez immediately brought on Mousa Dembele following Oviedo's challenge on Hazard, though the Blues talisman did not require assistance in leaving the field.
Scorer Dries Mertens also came off with an apparent knock earlier in the match - in which
Romelu Lukaku and Michy Batshuayi also netted - and was seen getting him hamstrings iced on the sidelines.
Belgium get their World Cup campaign underway against Panama next Monday before meeting Tunisia on June 23 and wrapping their Group G campaign against England on June 28.
